What is a typical day like at camp?

We don’t have typical days - if you wanted the same routine day after day, then you would probably join a fitness center. But you can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, some running, light weight-training, mat work, jumping rope, and sports-related games. Hike various conditions. Each day is designed to be fun and different - and never boring.

What do I need to bring to camp?

An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights ( 5-8 lbs.), running shoes, and a sense of adventure. Everything but the sense of adventure can be purchased at any local Target, Walmart, or Sports Authority for about $15 or less. We’ll give you the details during your initial evaluation.

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. Visual improvement can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Weight loss can typically begin after the first week. Remember, everyone is different, so results will vary.

What kind of people go to camp?

A great mixture of people. Many people just need a little push to jump start their fitness program, others have a fitness program but are tired of the same old routine and are looking for something fun and different. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it’s not required. Remember - ALL ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!

Is there a refund policy?

We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstances beyond your control. This credit is non-transferable. Credit is not given towards private training, and there are no cash refunds.

Are there shower facilities, or a place where I can get ready for work?

Contact us for current shower facilities information.

How long is my drive time?

It will of course vary, depending on what area of Phoenix you live in. Call for the drive time/directions to the different locations in the valley. Remember, classes are early and traffic is usually lighter at that time of day.

Can I register for consecutive boot camps?

Sure. Nationwide, as many as 80% of Adventure Boot Camps participants return for a second boot camp.
