Honorary Phoenix Adventure Boot Camp Instructor Assistant

I'll go first Mom!

Hi Everyone, my name is Griffy, Grif, or Griffin. I am a Brussels Griffon. My mom says that I  am the Official Phoenix Adventure Boot Camp Mascot.

I love  treats, love lovin, play time, licking faces, and I have a girlfriend, Jordan, I was born August 2007.

I keep a close eye on my mom at camp to make sure she takes care of everyone,

I don't pee on any of the equipment, in case you were wondering" ruff ruff Mom would have a fit.

Okay,  now some stuff on my Mom, aka Tammy

Tammy Kaatz began this journey as the President of Phoenix Adventure Boot Camp, Inc. in 2003.
She is from North Dakota, a U.S. Navy Veteran and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
She is a graduate of the SWIHA Life Coaching program and Graduate of Hilton Johnson’s 1 yr Health Coaching program and currently coaches her clients to live the life journey they desire. Member of the International Coaching Federation. Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, and a Certified Food Psychology Coach

Tammy also has a degree in Occupational Therapy and has multiple fitness certifications:
Sports Hypnotist, Functional Trainer, Adventure Fitness Trainer, and Personal Trainer.
She describes her style her own and doesn't like to follow on others coat tails.
"My boot camp style has some spicy sass in it to keep things hoppin, happin and fun", she says.
She goes on to say:"As you can see some of my certifications are not what you would say the "norm" for a group trainer/personal trainer. " "Well, I am all about not only improving my life to make it the best I can, but to share with my clients." What I think are the missing links with fitness, wt. loss and overall wellness, inside and out!"

Tammy combines all her passions and brings it full throttle to people who have the desire to change, the desire move up personally and/or professionally, and the desire to be empowered by all life has to offer. Those who wish to get unstuck in life, get moving, get a jumpstart, and get on with a rockin’ fun life adventure are invited to come aboard!

She offers her Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp and Life Coaching to those ready and willing to be motivated, supported, and have fun during the process! Check out the Your Life Adventure page for more info. on Life Coaching.

Raw unedited workout for the Inside and Outside

 Inside Out Workout

The Inside Out Workout brings two schools of thought together in a way that focuses on how the body responds to the food that we put into it. The first, food psychology, uses techniques to understand how emotional and social environments can impact or improve both digestion and metabolism. Emotional intelligence, the second technique, focuses on understanding the self and how emotions greatly impact daily life. Together, they are meant to bring awareness to life that helps individuals maintain their personal happiness.
